Dorothy and Scarecrow
The Wizard of Oz is a popular theme on Halloween. The dogs and humans have many costumes to choose from. But instead of being typical and having your dog be Toto, your pet can be Dorothy or the Scarecrow. You can dress up as any costume of your choosing. For a really funny pairing, reverse roles and have your dog be Dorothy and you can be Toto.
Body Guard and Celebrity
Dress your pooch in a yellow security jacket. This costume is way fun because you can choose to be whatever celebrity you like but it’s best to choose one you can resemble. Or, for laughs, you can cross genders - i.e. a guy will dress as Britney Spears or Angelina Jolie.
